Cancellation Terms are, but not limited to;

  1. If a registered delegate cannot attend the event, a substitute colleague may be accepted up to 30 days before the event. After this deadline cancellation fees apply.
  2. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by raising a support ticket, indicating the delegate registration ID Number and the name of substitute.
  3. The substitute must be from the same organization.
  4. If a delegate has to cancel his/her registration up to 30 days before the event, the full registration fee will be reimbursed (less USD 75 refund charge), after this deadline no refund can be made.
  5. No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
  6. Reimbursement will not be given for early termination of attendance.
