However should you wish to make hotel accommodation booking outside the conference dates (pre or post), please raise a support ticket for assistance, indicating your registration ID number, hotel confirmation number if already received and clearly list the additional dates required. Kindly note that the requested additional dates and hotel room rates may vary and will be subject to hotel availability. Our team will then contact the hotel on your behalf to make the necessary booking and once confirmed, we will send you the payment instructions.
